A former member of the free-party underground collective Heretik System, Popof has now participated as a solo artist in countless events throughout France, other Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle-East, Asia and Australia. A versatile artist, Popof explores various genres of music but primarily stresses his preference towards minimal techno and electro. His cutting-edge tracks crafted as techno with a sip of tech-house.

Popof releases music on labels such as Turbo, Cocoon, A.F.U, Cr2, Mistakes and is often supported by many renowned artists: Tiesto, Benny Benassi, Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Sven Vath, John Digweed, Tiga, Sasha, Erol Alkan and countless others. His tracks are often found within the top 5 download lists.

The French producer has quickly risen in rank and hears superstardom knocking. His performance schedule is fierce, he is frequently a top artist search on Beatport and his remixes are in high demand with an already-impressive list of releases: Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers, Moby, Booka Shade, Vitalic, Tiga, Martin Solveig and others. In 2009 Popof launched his own imprint, Form Music, to express his artistic ambitions more freely.
