A slightly schitzo electro house-ish mix from Seattle’s Hanssen. Elements of rock, tech, electro & “other” make up this rocking dancfloor-for-listening DJ set.

Bob “Hanssen” Hanson started making technology music with Dave “Pezzner” Pezzner as Jacob London in the early 90s. Together the duo reached house music super-stardom with multiple hit records on labels such as Classic, Doubledown, and Baby Sheep. When Jacob London split up due to culinary differences in 2008, Hanssen was left wandering in the dessert, all alone, until he found an almost completely untapped oasis of inspiration in the synth-heavy music of the 1980s. He has since been languishing in it’s pool of arpeggiated marimbas and sparkling synth lines, blissfully unaware.
